Privacy Policy

Welcome to Xài Xịn! I am committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Xài Xịn application (the "Application") developed and operated by me – Nguyễn Danh Hào.

1. Information I Collect

The Application collects the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you register or log in to Xài Xịn, I collect necessary authentication information through the method you choose:
  • Email Login: Your email address.
  • Google Sign-In: Basic information from your Google account (such as name, email address, profile picture) as permitted by you through Google's sign-in process.
  • Sign in with Apple: Basic information from your Apple account (such as name, email address – which may be an anonymized email provided by Apple) as permitted by you through Apple's sign-in process.
• Transaction Information: When you create a transaction (manually via form or through the chatbot), I collect the information you provide, including (but not limited to): transaction description, amount, transaction type, date, notes, category (if applicable).
• Usage Information (Via Firebase Analytics): I use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous information about how you interact with the Application, for example: features used, usage duration, screens accessed, crashes (if any). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you or access your specific transaction data. The purpose is to better understand user behavior and improve the Application experience.

I DO NOT collect or store sensitive financial information such as full bank account numbers, credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank passwords.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functionality of the Application (recording, managing, categorizing transactions).
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To synchronize your transaction data across the devices you use.
• To allow you to export your transaction data to a CSV file.
• To analyze how the Application is used to improve features, performance, and user experience (through anonymous data from Firebase Analytics).

3. Data Storage and Security

• Storage: Your account and transaction data are securely stored on the Supabase platform.
• Security: I implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Specifically, I utilize Supabase's **Row-Level Security (RLS)** feature to ensure that each user can only access and view their own transaction data.
• No External Sharing: I commit not to send or share your personal transaction data outside of Supabase to any third party, except when you actively request to export data to a CSV file or as required by mandatory legal process. Usage analysis data (Firebase Analytics) is anonymous and aggregated.

4. Payment Information

Some advanced features in the Xài Xịn application require payment through the App Store's or Google Play's In-App Purchases (IAP) system. I do not store any payment information such as credit cards, debit cards, or bank details. All transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google.

5. Information Sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information and transaction data with third parties. I may only share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: I use Supabase for data storage and Firebase (Google) for Analytics services. These providers only process data according to my instructions and for the purposes outlined in this policy.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to respond to valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order).
• Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Xài Xịn, my users, or the public.

Usage analysis data collected by Firebase Analytics is aggregated and anonymous, containing no personally identifiable information about you.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of your personal and transaction data stored within the Application. You also have the right to export your transaction data at any time using the CSV export feature.

7. Data Synchronization and Export

• Synchronization: The Application supports synchronizing your transaction data across multiple devices where you are logged in with the same account.
• Data Export: You can export your entire transaction history to a CSV file format for backup or other uses.

8. Advertising

The Xài Xịn application does not contain any form of third-party advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

The Xài Xịn application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe I might have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact me so I can delete the information.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after the changes become effective means you accept the new policy.
