Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "Agreement") carefully before using the Xài Xịn mobile application (the "Application", "Service") provided by Nguyễn Danh Hào ("I", "me", "the developer").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between You and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Xài Xịn is a personal expense management application that allows users to record financial transactions through manual form input or interaction with a chatbot. The Application offers features such as data synchronization across devices, exporting transaction data to a CSV file, and anonymous usage analysis to improve the service. The Service does not include advertising.
Some advanced features within the Xài Xịn Application may require payment via In-App Purchases (IAP) processed by the platform you use (App Store).
All payment transactions are carried out and processed directly by Apple, and I do not store any personal payment or credit card information.
You can manage, cancel, or change subscriptions through your App Store account settings. I am not responsible for errors during the payment process caused by third-party platforms. If you encounter issues, please contact Apple support directly.
The Service and its original content (excluding User-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of me and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Vietnam and foreign countries. My trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without my prior written consent.
You own all the personal transaction data you input into the Application. By using the Service, you grant me a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, process, and display your data solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service for you (e.g., storage, synchronization, in-app display, enabling CSV export).
You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

I use Supabase for data storage and apply Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. Your data is not shared outside of Supabase unless you initiate a data export or as required by law.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as specified in these Terms, or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. I make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
I do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; nor do I make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.
Xài Xịn does not provide financial advice. The information and functionality within the Application are intended solely for personal expense management and tracking purposes.
You acknowledge that Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility (subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Terms).
You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the Application or the end-user’s possession and/or use of the Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not I have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
I may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion. Your continued access or use of my Service after any revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised terms.
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
